Softball Game Preview: Alliance Bloomfield Bulls vs. Los Angeles Leadership Academy Lions

The Alliance Bloomfield Bulls will challenge the Los Angeles Leadership Academy Lions at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Alliance Bloomfield had been on a four-game streak of scoring at least ten runs, but CALS Early College put an end to it on Tuesday. The Bulls took a 6-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Falcons. The match marked the Bulls' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Los Angeles Leadership Academy). They put the hurt on Rise Kohyang with a sharp 30-1 win on Tuesday. The Lions haven't had any issues with the Tritons recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Los Angeles Leadership Academy pushed their record up to 3-4 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 16.7 runs over those games. As for Alliance Bloomfield, they now have a losing record of 2-3.
