Soccer Recap: Todd County Central Comes Up Short

The Rebels fell just short of the Storm by a score of 2-1 on Thursday. Todd County Central have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Charlie Campbell, which was the first he's scored this season.

Todd County Central's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Hopkins County Central, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Todd County Central didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Graves County on the 16th. As for Hopkins County Central, they will challenge Apollo at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopkins County Central will be up against Apollo's rather soft defense (which has allowed 2.75 goals per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
