Softball Recap: Catholic Central Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Catholic Central can now relate to. They came up short against the Conotton Valley Rockets on Tuesday, falling 16-0. Having soared to a lofty 17 runs in the game before, the Crusaders' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Catholic Central's loss dropped their record down to 2-21. As for Conotton Valley, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-9 record this season.

As of now, neither Catholic Central nor Conotton Valley have any future games scheduled.
