Wilby took a three-set defeat the last time they faced off against Kennedy, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Wildcats sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over the Eagles on Thursday. For the Wildcats, this counts as revenge for the 3-0 victory the Eagles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.
