Basketball Recap: Chicago Sullivan Comes Up Short

Chicago Sullivan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 31-16 to the Chicago Washington Patriots. If the Tigers were looking for revenge after losing 41-10 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Chicago Washington's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kylah Sanders, who posted ten points. Those ten points gave Sanders a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Sophia Berlanga, who earned eight points.

Chicago Sullivan's defeat dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Chicago Washington, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 7-11.

Chicago Sullivan does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Chicago Washington, they will take on Horizon Science Academy McKinley Park at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
