Strasburg came tearing into Monday's game with seven straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 17.6 points) and they left with even more momentum. They breezed past the Page County Panthers to the tune of 64-35. Given the Rams' advantage in MaxPreps' Virginia basketball rankings (they are ranked 104th, while the Panthers are ranked 301st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Strasburg's win was their eighth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 20-5. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.4 points over those games. As for Page County, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 6-15 record this season.

Coming up, Strasburg will take on Central Woodstock at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Central Woodstock will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Strasburg surely won't give up without a fight. As for Page County, they will head out on the road to square off against Luray at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Page County is facing Luray at the right time seeing as Luray is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
