Soccer Recap: Forest Hill Falls Short of West Boca Raton in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Forest Hill can now relate to. They came up short against the West Boca Raton Bulls on Thursday, falling 6-1. Having soared to a lofty eight goals in the game before, the Falcons couldn't push the score so high this time.

Their goal came courtesy of Jessica Vaughan, who's now up to six this season.

Forest Hill's loss dropped their record down to 9-5-1. As for West Boca Raton, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 6-10-1.

Forest Hill does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for West Boca Raton, they will square off against Seminole Ridge at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Seminole Ridge is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.9 goals per game this season.
