Volleyball Game Preview: Blacksburg Wildcats vs. Liberty Red Devils

Blacksburg is 0-9 against Liberty since September of 2015 but things could change on Thursday. The Wildcats are taking a road trip to square off against the Red Devils at 7:15 p.m.

Blacksburg lost 3-0 to Chesnee on Tuesday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-5, 25-14.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Liberty, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Greenville Tech Charter on Tuesday. The victory continues a trend for the Red Devils in their matchups with the Warriors: they've now won six in a row.

Liberty was especially dominant in the third set. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-19, 25-14.

Liberty's win bumped their record up to 5-12. As for Blacksburg, their loss dropped their record down to 1-11.
