Baseball Recap: St. Cloud Cathedral Takes a Loss

St. Cloud Cathedral has relied on a stalwart pitchers averaging 2.38 runs allowed per game, but that average took a hit on Friday. They came up short against the New Ulm Eagles, falling 10-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Crusaders have suffered since April 11, 2024.

Nolan Bigaouette was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one double. Henry Schloe also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

St. Cloud Cathedral's defeat dropped their record down to 13-3. As for New Ulm, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-2.
