Even though the Southeast Raleigh Bulldogs scored an imposing 59 points on Tuesday, the Panther Creek Catamounts still came out on top. Panther Creek secured a 63-59 W over Southeast Raleigh. That's another feather in the cap for Panther Creek, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Leading Panther Creek to victory were Logan Ware and Chris Uwayo. Ware dropped a double-double on 18 points and 10 rebounds, while Uwayo scored 26 points. The game was Uwayo's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Cameron Hunter, who scored 8 points along with 8 rebounds.
Panther Creek's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Southeast Raleigh, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.
Panther Creek will be playing in front of their home fans against Cary at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Southeast Raleigh, they will head out on the road to face off against Enloe at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
