Softball Recap: Nova Takes a Loss

Nova was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 19-5 to the Fort Lauderdale Flying L. If the Titans were looking for revenge after losing 6-5 to the Flying L's when the teams met back in March of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Nova's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Fort Lauderdale, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Nova will welcome Chaminade-Madonna at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Fort Lauderdale, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against McArthur at 6:30 p.m.
