Softball Recap: Kent City Continues Home Dominance on Monday

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Plymouth Christian Academy, Kent City was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They came out on top against the Hart Pirates by a score of 7-4. That's more bragging rights for the Eagles, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Kent City's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-7. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.4 runs on average over those games. As for Hart, their loss ended an eight-game streak of away wins and brought them to 16-8.
