Basketball Recap: Neenah's Higher State Rank on Full Display on Tuesday

Neenah's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They strolled past the Fond du Lac Cardinals with points to spare, taking the game 74-57. Given the Rockets' advantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 69th, while the Cardinals are ranked 233rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Neenah is also on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season. As for Fond du Lac, they dropped their record down to 6-14 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home.

Neenah will host Kaukauna at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Fond du Lac, they are taking a road trip to face off against Appleton West at 7:30 p.m. on February 4th.
