Romulus scored the most runs they've had this season on Wednesday, but it wasn't enough. They fell 17-14 to the Crestwood Chargers. The Eagles have struggled against the Chargers recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost meeting.

Romulus' defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Crestwood, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-11.

Looking ahead, Romulus will square off against Melvindale at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Crestwood, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Henry Ford Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Chargers will need to watch out since the Navigators have now posted at least ten runs in their last five contests.
