Soccer Recap: Huntsville Takes a Loss

Huntsville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Green Forest Tigers, falling 9-0. While losing is never fun, Huntsville can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arkansas soccer rankings (they are ranked 73rd, while Green Forest are ranked sixth).

Huntsville's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10-3. As for Green Forest, the victory was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-1-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Huntsville is set to take on their familiar foe Prairie Grove at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Green Forest will challenge rival Berryville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
