Softball Recap: Hardin Comes Up Short

Hardin fell victim to Orangefield and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Bobcats, falling 15-0. The Hornets haven't had much luck with the Bobcats recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Hardin's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Orangefield, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 13-1.

Coming up, Hardin will face off against Hull-Daisetta at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Orangefield, they will challenge West Fork at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Bobcats' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Gators have averaged an impressive 10.9 runs per game this season.
