Recap: Bayfront Charter Sharks vs. Southern California Yeshiva Hawks
Even though the Bayfront Charter Sharks have not done well against the Southern California Yeshiva Hawks recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. Bayfront Charter walked away with a 42-35 win over the Hawks. For Bayfront Charter, this counts as revenge for the 71-51 defeat the Hawks walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2023.
Despite the defeat, Southern California Yeshiva saw an underclassman step up: Adin Factor dropped a double-double on 17 points and 15 rebounds. Factor has been hot recently, having posted ten or more rebounds the last four times he's played.
Bayfront Charter's win bumped their record up to 12-6. As for Southern California Yeshiva, their loss dropped their record down to 10-7.
Bayfront Charter has the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome the Lions at 4:00 p.m. on February 2nd. Southern California Yeshiva is on the road again on Thursday and plays the Legionnaires at 6:15 p.m. on February 1st.
