North Mecklenburg put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They came within six points of losing the streak, but they secured a 50-44 W against the Terry Sanford Bulldogs. The 50-point effort marked the Vikings' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Despite the loss, Terry Sanford still got an impressive performance from Jaidiah Blake, who dropped a double-double with 16 points and 13 rebounds. Blake is also crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least two every time she's taken the court this season.

North Mecklenburg's victory bumped their record up to 8-0. As for Terry Sanford, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.

North Mecklenburg has already played their next matchup, a 77-6 win against Phillip O. Berry Academy of Technology on the 16th. As for Terry Sanford, they will be home for the holidays to greet Cape Fear at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
