Basketball Recap: Tuesday's Victory Is Ripley's Tenth in Last 13 Outings

Ripley won the last time they faced Stroud and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Ripley Warriors walked away with a 48-38 victory over the Stroud Tigers. Given the Warriors' advantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 103rd, while the Tigers are ranked 351st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Ripley has also been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 13 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season. As for Stroud, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last eight games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-13 record this season.

Ripley has already played their next contest (against Hennessey), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Stroud will head out on the road to square off against Meeker at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
