Fort Wayne Blackhawk Christian dropped their record down to 9-5 on Saturday, which also ended the team's four-game streak of wins. They lost 10-2 to the Leo Lions. The pitching woes were uncharacteristic for the Braves, who until this game were averaging 3.79 runs allowed.

Jacob Jackson was cooking despite his team's loss, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with one stolen base. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played. Parker Bennett was another key player, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.

As for Leo, they pushed their record up to 11-1 with the victory, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season. They might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matches by eight runs or more this season.
