Volleyball Recap: Columbus Takes a Loss

Columbus lost against Trinity Christian back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Blue Devils fell just short of the Lions by a score of 2-1.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Columbus sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 16-25, 15-10.

Columbus' loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Trinity Christian, their victory was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-0.

Coming up, Columbus will host Central at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Trinity Christian, they will venture away from home to face off against Landmark Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
