Basketball Recap: Sebastian River's Loss Ends Three-Game Winning Streak on the Road

After flying high against Odyssey Charter School last Tuesday, Sebastian River came back down to earth. The Sebastian River Sharks took a 59-47 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Vero Beach Indians on Friday. The loss continues a trend for the Sharks in their matchups with the Indians: they've now lost six in a row.

Sebastian River's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 4-3. As for Vero Beach, they moved to 4-5 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sebastian River will venture away from home to square off against Lincoln Park Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Vero Beach, they will head out on the road to take on Okeechobee at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
