Basketball Recap: Poland Snaps Five-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Poland entered their contest against York on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Poland Knights fell 67-56 to the York Wildcats. While losing is never fun, the Knights can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Maine basketball rankings (they are ranked 55th, while the Wildcats are ranked fifth).

Poland's defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-5. As for York, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 17-0.

Poland has already played their next matchup (against Cape Elizabeth), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. York does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
