Softball Recap: Leslie County Eagles vs. Paintsville Tigers
Leslie County came out on top against Paintsville on Tuesday thanks in part to the team's impressive 11-run second inning. The Eagles blew past the Tigers 14-1. For the Eagles, this counts as revenge for the 7-2 victory the Tigers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in March of 2017.
Makayla Campbell was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out six batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits.
