John Raybuck of Mercy Culture Prep is the Texas High School Football Player of the Week

Senior accounted for over 400 all-purpose yards in win.

After receiving more than 7,000 votes, John Raybuck of Mercy Culture Prep (Fort Worth) is the MaxPreps Texas High School Football Player of the Week.

In a 74-0 win over Munday, Raybuck carried seven times for 211 yards and three touchdowns, caught three passes for 120 yards and two scores and returned two punts for 76 yards and another score.

Here are the rest of this week's candidates:

H.D. Davis, Wolfe City: Ran 43 times for 451 yards and six touchdowns in a 60-35 win over Leonard.



Korbin Emro, Burkburnett: Intercepted four passes and caused three fumbles in a 48-7 win over Bridgeport.

Will Hammond, Hutto: Completed 17 of 23 passes for 410 yards and six touchdowns and carried the football seven times for 100 yards and a score in a 66-35 win over San Marcos.

Jayden Johnson, Flour Bluff (Corpus Christi): Caught 12 passes for 268 yards and three touchdowns and ran the football four times for 26 yards in a 42-35 win over Boerne.

Willie Lacey, Chico: Ran 26 times for 389 yards and seven touchdowns and completed both of his passes for 68 yards and another score in a 58-50 win over Gateway Charter Academy.

D.J. Lagway, Willis: Completed 21 of 23 passes for 436 yards and seven touchdowns while running for another all in the first half of a 52-21 win over Rudder.

Dakorien Moore, Duncanville: Caught seven passes for 281 yards and three touchdowns in a 34-13 win over South Oak Cliff.



Logan Rodriguez, Orange Grove: Completed 13 of 27 passes for 270 yards and seven touchdowns and ran nine times for 157 yards and another score in a 53-14 win over Hebbronville.

Luke Sams, Jacksboro: Was in on 24 tackles including a sack, ran nine times for 140 yards and a touchdown and caught a pass for a 71-yard score in a 57-35 win over Breckenridge.
