Jim Ned hadn't done well against Clyde recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Indians walked away with an 8-3 victory over the Bulldogs. Winning may never get old, but the Indians sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

Jim Ned's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-8. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.2 runs on average over those games. As for Clyde, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 17-8.

Coming up, Jim Ned will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Wall at 5:00 p.m. The Hawks' pitching crew has only allowed 3.9 runs per game this season, so the Indians' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Clyde, they will head out on the road to face off against Blanco at 7:00 p.m. on the 24th.
