Football Recap: Trimble Tech Comes Up Short

Trimble Tech lost against Wyatt back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bulldogs were beaten by the Chaparrals 47-7. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas football rankings (they are ranked 957th, while the Chaparrals are ranked 394th).

Trimble Tech didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut DARIOUS MARSHALL.

This is the second loss in a row for Trimble Tech and nudges their season record down to 1-5. As for Wyatt, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-1.

Trimble Tech didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 43-6 win against Keene on the 16th. As for Wyatt, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 60-34 loss against Arlington Heights on the 17th.
