Soccer Recap: Miami Trace Comes Up Short + How To Watch

After flying high against Unioto last Wednesday, Miami Trace came back down to earth. The Panthers fell just short of the Marietta Tigers by a score of 1-0 on Wednesday. While losing is never fun, Miami Trace can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio soccer rankings (they are ranked 205th, while Marietta are ranked 62nd).

Miami Trace's defeat dropped their record down to 13-5-1. As for Marietta, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 15-2-1.

Miami Trace does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Marietta, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 1-0 victory against Fairfield Union on the 25th.
