Soccer Recap: Walker's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Walker made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Landmark Christian, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Walker Wolverines never let the Landmark Christian War Eagles get on the board and left with a 5-0 victory on Tuesday. The score was close at the half, but the Wolverines pulled away in the second half with four goals.

The win was the third in a row for Walker, bringing their record for this year to 6-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three contests. As for Landmark Christian, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season.
