Ambridge came tearing into Wednesday's matchup with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the North Catholic Trojans by a score of 3-1. This was payback for the Bridgers, who suffered a 3-2 loss the last time these two teams met.

Ambridge had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 19-25, 25-12, 25-23, 28-26.

Ambridge pushed their record up to 13-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for North Catholic, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Ambridge wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against South Fayette on the 8th. North Catholic does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
