Volleyball Recap: Derby Comes Up Short

Derby lost against Olathe East back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Panthers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hawks.

Derby now has a losing record of 13-14. As for Olathe East, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-19.

Coming up, Derby will be taking part in a tournament against Junction City/St. Xavier at 11:15 a.m. on Saturday. As for Olathe East, they will head out on the road to challenge Manhattan at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.
