Football Recap: Fairview Comes Up Short

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last five contests, Fairview finally came back down to earth on Thursday. They were dealt a 46-8 defeat at the hands of the Scobey/Opheim Spartans. The game marked the Warriors' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Fairview's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Scobey/Opheim, the win keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Fairview is set to square off against their familiar foe Carter County at 7:00 p.m. on the 25th. Meanwhile, Scobey/Opheim will face off against rival Poplar at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
