Volleyball Recap: Creekside Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Creekside Christian Academy lost against Calvary Christian on Friday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Cougars fell 2-0 to the Knights.

The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-15.

Gabby Morris paced Creekside Christian Academy's offense, picking up seven kills. Morris got some help from Katelynn Rossiter and her ten assists. Finally, Morris was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high four blocks.

Creekside Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Calvary Christian, their victory was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 12-0.

Creekside Christian Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Drew Charter on the 26th. As for Calvary Christian, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Scholars Guild Academy on the 23rd.
