Football Game Preview: Gateway Charter Griffins vs. Chaminade-Madonna Lions

Gateway Charter heads in on the heels of a playoff match on Wednesday. They lost to Oxbridge Academy on the road by a 19-0 margin. The contest marked the first time this year in which the Griffins were not able to get on the board.

Meanwhile, Chaminade-Madonna was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Wednesday as they fell 19-13 to David Posnack Jewish Day.

Gateway Charter moved to 8-2 with that defeat, which also ended their six-game winning streak. As for Chaminade-Madonna, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-5 record this season.
