Softball Recap: Bishop Takes a Loss

Bishop entered their game against Santa Gertrudis Academy on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. Bishop took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of Santa Gertrudis Academy. Having soared to a lofty 15 runs in the game before, the Badgers couldn't push the score so high this time.

Bishop suffered their first home loss, dropping their record down to 14-7. As for Santa Gertrudis Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-6 record this season.
