We go north - way north - for the latest Top Play presented by the United States Coast Guard.
When you think of North Dakota in the first week of April, you're likely not thinking it's the best weather to play softball.
Taiylor Ellingson of
Grand Forks Central (N.D.) showed the world that studly softball plays are plenty possible even in the cold months on the prairie.
The sophomore outfielder tracked a walloped ball that looked destined to be a homer and reached out at the perfect time right at the outfield fence. She snagged the out at the same time she crashed into the netting, holding onto the ball as she went to the ground.
The temperatures are getting warmer in North Dakota - and Ellingson showed that the softball scene is already hot.
