Basketball Recap: Doane Academy Takes a Loss

After flying high against Riverside last Friday, Doane Academy came back down to earth. Doane Academy fell 49-39 to the St. Joseph Wildcats on Saturday. Doane Academy hasn't had much luck with St. Joseph recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

Doane Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for St. Joseph, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

While Doane Academy had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled on Sunday.
