Football Recap: North Stokes Vikings vs. Bishop McGuinness Villains
North Stokes had lost seven straight at home dating back to last season, but on Friday they dropped down to 2-5 to make it eight. They took a blow against the Bishop McGuinness Villains, falling 50-6. The Vikings were not able to make up for their defeat to the Villains from their previous meeting back in August of 2024.
Noah Bennett threw for 150 yards and one touchdown. Jackson Bodenhamer was his top target, picking up 78 receiving yards and one score.

North Stokes will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on South Davidson at 7:00 p.m. on the 17th.
