Walnut Ridge is 9-1 against Briggs since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Scots will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on the Bruins at 7:00 p.m. Walnut Ridge will be strutting in after a win while Briggs will be coming in after a defeat.

Walnut Ridge was handed a heart-breaking three-point loss in their last contest, but they sure didn't let that happen against West on Tuesday. The Scots simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Cowboys 74-47. Surprisingly, this marked the Scots' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Meanwhile, Briggs was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They were dealt an 86-25 loss at the hands of Independence. Bruins fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the 76ers since Tuesday.

Walnut Ridge's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Briggs, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.
