Washington County won the last time they faced Bluegrass United and things went their way on Friday too. The Washington County Commanders came out on top in a nail-biter against the Bluegrass United Bluehawks, sneaking past 65-63. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Commanders have posted since January 17th.

Despite the defeat, Bluegrass United saw an underclassman step up: freshman Tristen Corbin went 6-for-10 from beyond the arc en route to 27 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Corbin has scored all season. Landon Graham was another key player, putting up nine points and four steals.

Washington County's victory bumped their record up to 9-14. As for Bluegrass United, their loss was their eighth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-21.
