Basketball Recap: Robeon Nowell-Smalls' Big Game Can't Quite Lead Douglas Byrd over Purnell Swett

Douglas Byrd played a tough game on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They lost 57-31 to the Purnell Swett Rams. The Eagles have struggled against the Rams recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Several Eagles players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Robeon Nowell-Smalls, who posted four points along with ten boards and three steals. Quntine Alexis was another key player, putting up six points.
