In what's become a running theme this season, Bowen gave their fans yet another huge win on Thursday. They took their contest on the road with ease, bagging a 63-15 win over EPIC Academy. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 32-2.
Rae'Qwon Rogers was his usual excellent self, scoring 24 points along with five steals. He has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last six times he's played. Unique Martin was another key contributor, scoring four points along with ten steals.
Excel Academy of South Shore played against Chicago Military Academy and lost via forfeit.
Bowen's victory bumped their record up to 16-8. As for Excel Academy of South Shore, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.
