12 must be Waupun's lucky number: they beat Plymouth with that score not once but twice on Thursday. The Warriors beat the Panthers by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 12-2. The Warriors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 contests by seven runs or more this season.

The win made it two in a row for Waupun and bumps their season record up to 18-6. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 4 runs in those games. As for Plymouth, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-10-1 record this season.

Waupun will be playing at home against Winnebago Lutheran Academy at 4:45 p.m. on Monday.
