Shawnee proved they can win big on Friday (they won by three) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They never let the Noble Bears get on the board and left with a 1-0 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Shawnee also won the last time the pair played back in March of 2023.

Shawnee's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Noble, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Shawnee will face off against Edison at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Edison will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Shawnee surely won't give up without a fight. As for Noble, they will square off against Lawton at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
