Softball Recap: Jamestown Comes Up Short

Jamestown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They fell 7-3 to the Niagara Falls Wolverines.

Jamestown's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Niagara Falls, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-6.

Jamestown does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Niagara Falls, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Lancaster at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Wolverines' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Legends have averaged an impressive 6.9 runs per game this season.
