Basketball Recap: Payton College Prep's Loss Ends Three-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Payton College Prep was the 47-46 winner over Crane Medical when they last played one another back in January of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Payton College Prep Grizzlies took a 52-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Crane Medical Cougars. The Grizzlies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Crane Medical's win on Tuesday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jamier Montgomery, who went 7 for 15 on his way to 18 points. Another player making a difference was William Hill, who posted 12 points.

Payton College Prep's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-10. As for Crane Medical, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-6.
