Lake is 1-9 against Green since December of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Lake Blue Streaks will be staying on the road to face off against the Green Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on December 19th. Lake has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Lake pushed their score all the way to 58 on Saturday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell 68-58 to Ashland. The matchup was a 34-34 toss-up at halftime, but Lake was outscored by Ashland in the second.

Meanwhile, Green earned a 51-40 victory over Hoover on Friday.

Lake's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Green, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Things could have been worse for Lake, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 50-33 loss to Green in their previous matchup back in January. Can Lake avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
