The Valley Center Jaguars will take on the Mt. Carmel Sundevils at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Valley Center hadn't beaten Fallbrook on the road since May 19, 2021 but that history sure didn't bother them on Friday. The Jaguars sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 9-7 victory over the Warriors. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Jaguars.

Winter Molina was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching four innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off four hits. Molina was also big at the plate, going 3-for-4 with two runs.
