Recap: King's Academy Lions vs. McCallie Blue Tornado
The King's Academy Lions's 27-7 record from last season is now well into the rear view mirror after another tough outing. They were the victim of a rough 55-33 defeat at the hands of McCallie on Saturday. King's Academy has struggled against McCallie recently, as their game on Saturday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.
It was another big night for Kenneth Chime, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 12 rebounds for McCallie. Another player making a difference was Parker Robison, who scored 10 points along with 7 steals.
King's Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for McCallie, the victory for they keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. King's Academy will be staying on the road on Monday to face off against First Baptist Academy at 7:30 p.m. on December 4th. First Baptist Academy is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'. As for McCallie, they will head out on the road to face off against Notre Dame at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Notre Dame is out to stop a four-game streak of losses at home.
