Volleyball Recap: Palmyra-Macedon Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Palmyra-Macedon, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They blew past the Dundee Scotsmen 3-0 on Wednesday.

One reason for the win was Palmyra-Macedon's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-11, 25-10.

Ellie Rouland paced Palmyra-Macedon's offense, picking up six kills. Rouland got some help from Evalee McClelland and her seven assists. Kaedy Andross controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Palmyra-Macedon's win bumped their record up to 2-3.

Coming up, Palmyra-Macedon will face off against Midlakes at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Dundee, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Penn Yan Academy at 6:30 p.m. on October 10.
